2. A Sholai Warrior and a Battle Beta are posted here. They will try to run to get help as soon as they see you. If they get away, several Battle Betas and Sholai Warriors will come running. Nearby Sholai to the south will also attack. 19. zone - The Front Gate

Vershinin (Sholai Mage). Attacks immediately if you aren't allied with the Sholai. Drops a Shining Shield, a Girdle of Endurance and an Essence Pod.

The four control panels here appear to be gene editors. One of them is operational. Look through it for some information about what these devices do and for an easy 50 xp.

The three books on the north wall contain some interesting notes on the research that was conducted by shapers here and on the geneforge.

When you start a fight with this guy, the Researcher from area 11 will come running. So will about 3 other Sholai Researchers, a Sholai Mage and a Battle Beta from areas to the south.
