Belik can tell you about the bridge he built just to the south, about Awakened founder, Ellrah, and about this inn. He's worried about shaper artifacts in the NW corner of the zone, though:

  • Quest: Open Shaper Pots. Reward: 5 gemstones.

Ty is a spy for the Takers. He would like you to join their side and asks that you perform a small task to prove that you're interested:

  • Quest: Kill Twini (at Patrolled Path). Reward: Ty will tell you where he has hidden a symbol that will give you safe passage to Taker lands.

Thahd Shade. Attacking any of the shades in these areas will bring the other 4. The corpse contains 3 icy crystals, a fine cloak, and chitin armor.
5. 3 Warped Fyoras. The nest contains a living tool. 16. Thahd Shade. The corpse contains an icy crystal, chitin armor
6. 2 steel javelins are on the ground. 17. Thahd Shade.
7. 1 Warped Fyora. 18. 2  Thahd Shades. A jar at the end of the western arm of this area contains 2 crystals.
8. 2 Warped Fyoras.and a Charged Fyora. The nest contains 20 coins, an essence pod and tranquil thorns. The corpse has 8 coins, a chainmail vest and an armor pod. 19. Shaper Vat. It contains a Volatile Thahd, who will immediately attack. This type of thahd explodes upon death.
9. Mekkan is guarding the bridge. He'll let you by if you joined the Awakened or if you have been sufficiently pro servile in your dialog responses. But, he can also be tricked into letting you by or you can just talk to Brodus Blade in Eastern Medab about him. 20. Shaper Vat. It contains a Volatile Thahd, who will immediately attack.
10. To Stinking Marsh 21. The door requires 1 living tool at 6 Mechanics to open. The chest contains a girdle of insight (Intellect +1) and 3 gemstones.
11. The chest here is easily pickable at 6 Mechanics. It contains 20 coins, an iron sword, a thorn baton and thorns (all NY). A barrel just outside of this building on the north contains 2 crystals.
