PIT OF THE BOUND
1. To Elhrah's Tomb 12. This switch turns off the lava pads near the west bridge, which clears the way to the switch at 13.
2. The western corpse has an iron breastplate, an iron sword, and 23 coins. The eastern corpse has a crystal, an amethyst and a fiery wand. 13. This switch turns off more pads, almost clearing the way to the switch at 16.
3. 2 Golem Miners 14. Switch turns on pads... bad switch.
4. Oozebeast. 15. The corpse here has a living tool, a fine robe and a major healing pod.
5. There are 7 Infernal's Pets (shades) in the alcoves here. Initially, they ignore you. They will all become hostile if you attack one of them. One of them drops a specter robe. 16. Switch turns off pads from here to the switch at 17.
6. 1 Golem Miner. 17. Final switch. Clears the way to end of maze.

There are 3 pieces of shaper equipment, 2 books of shaper research and a lving tool on the tables here.

18. There is a golden ring hidden in one of the piles of skulls. A silver ring and a steel shield are on the floor.
8. The door to this room takes 1 living tool at 11 Mechanics. The chests here contain a spray crystal, a healing pod, an essence pod, speed spores, a sapphire and a couple of pieces of shaper equipment. 19. Asher, who claims he's the guardian of the Bound One, challenges you. With high enough Leadership, you can bluff your way past him. His chest contain 23 coins, a venom baton, venom thorns, tranquil thorns, 3 crystals, a major healing pod, and the Bone Key. If you kill Asher, he drops a fibrous breastplate and a major healing pod.
9. 2 Golem Miners. 20. There are 3 Tormented Shades trapped here. If you do what they want, they'll give you some advice on fighting the infernal.
10. Inferno Worrm. 21.

The north door to this room takes 1 living tool at 11 Mechanics. The west door takes a large number of living tools, but the Bone Key unlocks it.

The Infernal called the Bound One is here. He has 4 Battle Beta guards. They will all ignore you unless you try to enter the northern room or attack the infernal himself. Then, they will all attack. But, if you attack one of the guards, all the others will continue to ignore you. So, you can pick the guards off one by one. The infernal drops a claw of an infernal and infernal residue.

11. 2 Spinecores and 7 buds. On the ground is a fine mined crystal, and a couple of pieces of shaper equipment. 22. Treasure chamber. There is a canister here: Create Glaahk +1. The boxes contain 3 crystals, 4 fine mined crystals, a ruby, a reaper, 2 blast crystals, some restoration spores, a singing rapier, a rod of alacrity, a condiut shard, a living tool, and 173 coins.
