The control panel here is not functional, but repairing the two power spirals here will restore it. There are seven switches here, each one controls a door:

  1. Area 19 (open cage).
  2. Area 28.
  3. Area 27.
  4. Area 25 (open cage).
  5. Area 11.
  6. Area 10.
  7. Causes Volatile Thahd and Charged Artila to appear in room to east.

The chest in this area contains a Spray Baton and some Splitting Thorns. On the table, there is a Discipline Wand, a Pacification Wand, and several Steel Javelins.
